PREMIUM SPONSORSHIPS include a 40 minute live session time slot, a virtual booth, and up to 10 one-to-one pre-scheduled hosted meetings with qualified buyers in the disaster management community.

STEPS FOR ONE-TO-ONE HOSTED MEETINGS

  1. Select Buyers must first meet a criteria-of acceptance for complimentary registration AND agree to participate in hosted meetings
  2. Accepted Buyers detail their budget needs for the next 24 months
  3. Sponsors detail their products/services available for sale
  4. Macgregor Communications then “matches” Buyer needs with Sponsor products/services to create a customized meeting schedule
  5. Sponsors receive a minimum of 10 meetings with pre-qualified Buyers in the business continuity and emergency management communities
